Mission Ledger, Pricing and Comparison
Mission Ledger by KOKO15

Pricing that matches how much work we're actually doing for you.

Install it yourself and pay for software. Or hand us your spreadsheets and let us build it out properly, domain, hosting and all. Both are honest options, priced for what they involve.

Registered charities and CICs get 20% off every tier and every add on, always.

Two ways to get running

Bring your own hosting and set it up yourself, or let us handle your domain, hosting, data migration and training from end to end.

How we compare

Pulled directly from each vendor's own current pricing page, checked against Mission Ledger's Organisation tier, all-in for year one.

Provider Entry price Includes migration and training Includes domain and hosting Users included
Mission Ledger, Organisation £599 setup, then £549/year Included Yes, included Unlimited
Beacon CRM, Starter £37/month, around £444/year Extra cost, via partner (£££) No 3 users, 10 read only
Donorfy, Starter From £40/month plus VAT Extra cost, paid package (££) No Unlimited
Charitylog, Standard Income based, quote on request Included No Unlimited
DonorPerfect Around £95/month Extra cost, optional (££) No Not published
Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud 10 free licences, then heavy implementation cost Extra cost, consultants (£££££) No Per user licensing

Figures taken from each provider's own pricing page. Several vendors price by contact volume or income band, so treat these as a starting point for your own quote, not a guarantee.

A note on Plinth. Plinth is a genuinely strong product but sits in a different bracket to the CRMs above. Their case management plans run £5,040 to £7,200 a year, and their infrastructure and local authority packages run £9,000 to £54,000 a year. We have left them out of the small charity table above since comparing them there would not be a fair reflection of either product, but they are worth knowing about if your organisation is operating at that scale.

What Mission Ledger is built to do

Checked directly against each competitor's own published pricing and features.

Setup that includes the hard part

Beacon and Donorfy both push implementation out to separate paid partners or packages. Charitylog includes it, and so do we, alongside your domain and hosting, which neither of them touch at all.

Unlimited logins, matched to the best in the sector

Donorfy and Charitylog both offer unlimited users, and so does Mission Ledger. Beacon caps its entry tier at 3 full users, and Salesforce charges per seat. We hold the same standard as the strongest players here.

Funding tied directly to the project it paid for

Beacon and Donorfy are built around tracking donations coming in. Mission Ledger's Funding module connects an award all the way through to the tasks and expenses it actually funded.

A public transparency page that writes itself

None of the products compared above ship a public, no login accountability page out of the box. Mission Ledger generates one automatically from your live data.

Invoicing that's part of the plan, not an upgrade

Charitylog only includes invoice creation on its top tier. Mission Ledger's sequential, print ready invoicing comes as standard on Organisation, our middle tier.

A real project delivery board

A drag and drop task board, per project and across the whole organisation, sits alongside your contacts and funding, something the fundraising focused CRMs above don't offer at all.
